Can I buy online?

Our store is bricks and mortar however we are happy to post clothing Australia-wide if you live far away and see something you love! Contact us on Facebook or call (03) 9457 4138 and we'd be happy to help you out.


How much does shipping cost?

Shipping within Australia is a flat fee $10 via Australia post with a tracking number.


What is your return policy?

We offer exchange only for unworn clothing within 7 days excluding postal costs.


What sizes do you stock?

We stock 8 to 24. Each brand produces a different range of sizes so not all styles come in all sizes. However we aim to have a range of smart casual and formal clothing in all shapes and sizes. Please contact our team for more brand info.


Do you only have one store?

Years ago we had another store called 'Cherish Boutique', however we have since taken our favourite brands from Cherish and turned Ritz into the one-stop shop it currently is.


Are you open public holidays?

Most Victorian public holidays we are shut but sometimes we stay open! Please follow our Facebook to stay in the loop and updated on opening and closing times.


Do you do lay-by?

Yes, we are happy to lay-by items in store or over the phone, with 20% deposit, for 6 weeks.


Do you do gift cards?

Absolutely, we can do gift vouchers for any amount you like.


Do you have VIP program?

All of our customers are very important people to us, but if you would like to be kept in the loop and be offered special promotions and sales invitations, please subscribe to our email mailing list (see below). You can also like us on Facebook or Instagram for regular updates.
